This was my second visit with Eye Site of Katy. The first visit was great. This one not so much. When I booked my appointment for this yearly visit, I was not informed that I would be seeing a "fill-in" doctor instead of my regular eye doctor. The fill in doctor was very inexperienced, but friendly and helpful. She clearly was not trained on the equipment and software that your office uses and the eye check process took almost a hour.

I'm not 100% sure the new contact prescription is accurate either. I have astigmatism in both eyes but she told me I don't need astigmatism correction for my left eye now. I will have to give these contacts a few days to see if they will work or not.
