This our third trip to Eye Styles. My daughter has gotten two pairs of glasses as well as myself. The staff is wonderful! We used to go to a very inexpensive eye place, I am so glad we switched. Eye Styles is worth it! Keep up the great work.

The staff and Doctor were very friendly. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Shin was great. This was by far the best experience I've ever had.

Dr. Shin was so great! He explained everything I needed to know and more, which was awesome! Dr. Shin answers all my questions and when I accidently left a paper with some information on it, the front office called to remind me what was on it. Just the best experience and such great customer service!!

These guy really get great customer service begins with listening to the customer. Then they go above and beyond to respond, meeting or exceeding expectations. I think they realize that with consumers paying significantly higher prices for eyewear these days, the last thing they want to feel is that they are getting nickeled and dimed.
My experience was that when I expressed what I felt was fair in regard to a transaction involving prescription lenses for a new pair of Maui Jim's, the manager was clear about how the manufacturer deals with orders and what he had no control over, but also offered what he could do to address my "fair is fair" point of view. In the end I felt that I was getting a good value for a premium product and had been dealt with fairly. And what's more, he exceeded my expectations by finding a creative solution to another request I had made when we first began our discussion.
If your going to spend a lot for high end eyewear, I would highly recommend Eye Styles- Bridgeport.

This is easily the best optometrist I've been too. The doctors and staff are knowledgable and extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I no longer dread getting my vision checked.

I had a great experience at Eye Styles. I had an eye exam, selected 2 frames for everyday and computer viewing. All staff were informative, friendly and made this a pleasant experience. Great selection of stylish frames.
