Usually quick service, last visit not so. Shop seemed to be under staffed. Hopefully this was just a temporary problem for that day.

I’ve been bringing my truck here for the last year, Never had an issue! They did a break tune up on my truck and only charged me for the two I was having issues with. I’ll brinf my truck here as long as I’m in Jacksonville!

Met at the door with a good morning and smile. Was taken care of quickly. Offered complimentary drink and vehicle was done in the time they told me. Very happy experience.

I'm sorry to say....I do not feel like I am a welcome customer anymore at this Family Tire. Walk- ins are obviously not welcome by the way the staff reacts when they are informed that I do not have an appointment. I have tried to make appointments online, but have never have had any responses from Family Tire. II have purchased 4 or 5 sets of tires, had dozens of oil changes, have been loyal since the opening, but I am done. I will no longer go somewhere where I feel more like a burden than an asset.

We always have a Good experience when we come in; and they explain everything to us, when something is wrong or needs to fixed!! The staff is Always nice to us!!!
