at every dentist visit you request updated information. It would be nice if you had on your website a PDF format of that form that we can fill out in advance and bring to the appointment. Sometimes knowing the exact names of all medications and drs names is very difficult to remember.

If you go to our website, on the far right hand side we have a drop down menu labeled "forms", we have added an "update your information" form in PDF format for you to be able to print out on your next visit. Saved my daughter's tooth, after she knocked a primary tooth out at school.. She has had anxiety they were able to tell her what they were doing and calm her.

My son LOVES going to the dentist! Your staff is great and we love Dr. Harding. Great experience as always.

We LOVE Dr. Harding!!! She's so patient and kind with my kids who are apprehensive about the dentist. They become more comfortable each visit. The only thing I don't love is the waiting room. It'd be nice to have a few toys available for when we have a wait.
