I arrived about 30 minutes early to pick out frames. It's best to do this if you are needing frames. EVERYONE was professional and nice. The sitting area is homey. You have coffee to drink and brochures are available to look over for different vision needs, while, watching TV. The vision is pretty straight forward and they tell you what they are doing and ask if you have any questions. It's done calmly and you don't feel rushed. I would however wish they would provide more stylish glasses for women. My insurance was giving a $40 more on Calvin Klein frames but, they didn't have them. I chose Silhouettes. They did have an assortment of them. I would probably have chosen the Silhouettes anyways even if they had Calvin Klein or Bebe. :) Everyone says the Doctor's office is more expensive, I don't think so. With insurance it cost about the same with the deductibles and my allowed amount. I get personal attention. I get the transitions and progressive lenses with anti-glare.
