I initially went to Just Jeeps and More to address a problem with the heater on my 2013 Wrangler. A thorough inspection of my Wrangler found several other issues that needed to be addressed. This ended up being a fairly lengthy list which included new ball joints. Once the work was completed I noticed a problem with the steering and handling which I immediately reported to the shop manager. I was asked to drive it 500 miles to see if the problem was corrected, which I did. The initial issues continued after 500 miles and I took my Jeep back for inspection and repair. They found that the problem was with the ball joints they had used as replacements. Not only did they replace those defective parts at no cost to me, but they also said they were going to contact other customers who had the same parts to see if they were having a similar problem.
So, they not only made the repairs that I needed but they also stood by their work and intended to be proactive in addressing any similar problems with previous customers. The heater works better than it ever has. The handling is as good as new. And I have found a reputable and outstanding shop that will get all of my work and a good recommendation from me to everyone I come in contact with who needs work done.
Thanks for bringing the Jeep back, without you returning we wouldn't have known about the defective Ball joints. You helped us and several other customers. Thanks for taking the time to leave the great review Alan.-- Josh
