Let me just say that the salon is beautiful, and I did get a great cut and color from my stylist, however the environment in the salon has a lot to be desired. I felt that the other stylists were unfriendly and unprofessional. There seemed to be tension between the stylists that actually made me uncomfortable. I overheard gossiping and complaining that a customer should not have to listen to. It was not a very welcoming atmosphere. As I said, some were very unprofessional and immature. If I am going to pay over $100 on my hair, I would prefer to not have to deal with drama while doing so. They need a lesson on the team approach to customer service.
