The service and care of all workers are wonderfully great: pleasant, kind, friendly with smiles; very helpful. Dental service is excellent and done with much care and concern. Managerial service with much care and honesty in continually seeking to help with billing costs.

Absolutely Amazing! This past visit was for our youngest however all six of us use Lovett Dental. I personally used to he afraid of the dentist and Lovett Dental has changed that. I'm 100% comfortable there! I have no worries about my kids having a dentist phobia, they love going to Lovett Dental. Office is nice, clean and kid friendly.

I had an overall bad experience at Lovett Dental and definitely will not be going back. I waited over an hour to be brought back and then was told that they would not have time to clean my teeth. Then they changed and said they actually did have time to clean my teeth, and honestly did a terrible job. The dentist came in for a short second and was not personable at all.

Periodontal cleaning only. Dental work performed was satisfactory. However, excessive pricing of services not covered by insurance amounted to $1,600.00. I have had several periodontal cleanings over the years elsewhere and have never been charged such excessive pricing for services not covered by insurance, no discounts or other consideration was given, despite being a new patient and having dental insurance. I agreed to having the cleaning completed the same day without consulting my insurance company for coverage, big mistake. Some services completed that same day (antibiotics, $700.00) would have been covered by insurance if a waiting period or 30 days had been met. I was not informed of this at the time, despite my statements to the dentist and the billing clerk that I could not have anything done that insurance would not cover. Sometimes having insurance costs you more than not having it, seems to have happened in this case.

My son fell on the playground at school and knocked out his tooth. Lovett dental asked if we wanted to come in that day. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. Place is clean. The whole staff made it all a pleasant experience.
