I do not like to be asked to leave my debit card number to insure that I will take delivery and pay for my crown. I have issue with financial information being accessible to anyone who goes thru my chart. Very distrustful doctor/patient relationships are formed. Also the dentist is very rough. I hope my crown is of better quality than you all present yourselves.

It was the worst experience at dental office. We waited over hour. They were putting others back that we had gotten there 30 minutes before. Would not recommend

Lovett Dental has been amazing! The entire staff from the receptionist to the dental assistants & dentist are very approachable & nice :) Extremely friendly going above & beyond to serve the patients to make them as comfortable as possible. I had oral surgery & was nervous & overwhelmed & in great pain & they were very kind, loving, compassionate & reassuring. I would recommend them to anyone & everyone!

It was OK but I paid extra for nitras and the young man that was the attendant to the dentiste did not know how to operate the nitras therefore I feel like a refined should be coming my way of a 100 bucks but I had to pay extra for.

My visit yesterday was with a specialist that comes once a month. I had had a scheduling problem for myself but when the person who confirms appointments called to confirm my husbands appointment I explained he was coming in after 2 days and I had been trying more than 2 weeks to get an appointment. She told me to come in an hour after him... that they would handle it. My appointment was on time. The people involved communicated very well.

The staff were talking about their personal business in front of the patients at the time that you are getting a cleaning or dental work done. I find that very unprofessional

I was extremely unsatisfied with my experience as a new patient bringing my two children there. It was over an hour wait to get into a room. First they couldn't find my appointments in the schedule, despite me receiving a confirmation call the day before. Then I was told that they would be unable to see one of the children. They did eventually agree to see both children, but the exams felt rushed. I feel it was because they waited 75 minutes to place the us in a room (even then, we had to wait to see the dentist). I will not be returning.
