I've seen dentists for 20+ years in various states and locations, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Everyone goes get their teeth cleaned or get fillings, procedures, which are never fun, but the staff's warm and friendly caring attitude makes all the difference. I've been to this particular location the last 3 years, and they've been switching different dentists and staff. I'm so glad the current staff is a cool bunch. The office manager Tammy and receptionist are friendly, accommodating, and Tammy even explained line by line what I was paying for at the end of the appointment. The receptionist even apologize for the delay because they were short on staff. In the past there were long delays and past staff would not even say sorry or anything for taking up patients' precious scheduled time, so this was good. The dental assistant Beth is friendly and quick to do my x-rays. Dr. Mehta was patient, explained well what's up with my teeth, and gave good suggestions on procedures or treatment options, but not pushy (that's a big plus! no one ever wants a pushy salesman doctor!). And finally, of ALL the hygienist I've ever had, Suzette was amazing! She was thorough (but not painful), explained what she was doing every step and discussed what I can do better to take care of my teeth. Some TLC goes a long way for the medical field, dentists or doctors, so it's great to have a dental practice that actually cares about their patients and not just suck their money. Thank you so much guys, this has been the best dentist appointment ever (in 20years!), I'll be sure to come back (well hopefully not too much)!
