Best lovett branch I've ever been too! Service was really good and everybody just made me so calm and welcome when I got my extractions done. I would totally suggest this branch to my friends and family.

The dentist was very helpful and friendly. He tried to make me feel as ccomfortable as possible.

The only issue is that my teeth feel rough as if some residue from the fillings remained on top or something. A couple of the surfaces are not smooth.

Way too much numbing agent was used. I had 2 small cavities and my face was numb for over 5 hours after I left and my jaw was so sore I couldn't open my mouth. Everyone was friendly but the dentist could've taken more time to explain things.

I don't understand why I must provide my insurance information before my appointment when you all don't actually call and verify benefits until I'm present. A good experience for me would include checking in, you all had already called my benefits and I would receive a clear explanation of what is covered before I sit in the chair. I was there for almost two hours for a cleaning with no issues that would take extra time to address. The doctor sat by my head for all of two minutes, and while the staff is friendly and happy to provide a water bottle that does not compensate for my loss of time at my job. I did my job by providing you my insurance information before I arrived, you should have done your job and called before I walked in the door.
