This was my second visit. My first was not a great experience. I felt the dentist was pushing products and more expensive treatments on me. The second visit was much, much better. The dentist was quick, but informed. Did not try to upsell me anything. The hygienist was very nice and gentle. My rating is "average" for now. I will continue to use Lovett until I can make a more definite answer.
Had another crown replaced due to grinding my teeth at nights. My doctor, Dr. A, did such an excellent job, it looks like a real tooth and of course functional, does not hurt when I am eating. She pays attention to functional details as well as the cosmetic details, the fit, shade, and looks. I also had my teeth cleaned with the hygienist, she did an awesome job, she explained the treatments and my portion of the bill after the insurance. The receptionist and the office manager are always willing to help with any questions/scheduling you might have, professional and polite!
I have been trying to get my permanent bridge done that I paid for back in November. As well as all the other work I was charged for that has never been completed. Their office always claims they will call you back but no one ever does. I demanded a refund only to be told of course it won't be the full amount. Supposedly that is legal to steal my money. I have to drive over there and sit in the office just to get someone to talk to me about it. I was promised a call back by today. Once again. It never happened. They may disagree but it feels like once they have your money that they do not want to fulfill what you paid for. When I asked to get a refund they said they would not give me a full refund for the unfinished work. Today was the final straw when they did not call me. Again. Considering filing a formal complaint with my Insurance Company and getting a medical malpractice lawyer involved.
