The worst mistake I ever made was coming into this office. Their billing department is inept to say the least. The care was so so. The turnover in the place is so quick that no one remembers anything from the last time you were there. Honestly, I am still upset that this was a place recommended by my Insurance carrier. Which I now understand is because they probably have some cheap service agreement with them.

I had a bad tooth that needed urgent attention. Lovett was able to take me in the am of the next day. My experience there was top notch. Because I had registered online there was less than five minute wait time to the beginning of preliminaries and x-rays. All procedures were carefully explained before being done which included a much needed and extensive teeth cleaning including excellent recommendations for daily maintenance. Having strangers hands inside your mouth performing various tasks can be disconcerting but I never had a moments doubt that they were there for specific reasons. Excellent work all around. Dr. Peoples chair-side manner was comforting and like everyone else, each procedure was carefully explained. My time there ran into hours but I felt none of it was unnecessary.

I saw Dr. Aguilos, with her assistant, Crystal, and office manager Miriam. They are all wonderful. I did not have the same experience whilst at the Katy Fwy location 6 weeks ago.
At the Yale St. location, I was seen on-time, the work done (repairing a chipped tooth) looks great, I paid exactly what was quoted to me, during the procedure they ask if I was comfortable, and the doctor explained what she was doing and why in detail. All of this makes for a great experience.

My experience was not good at all. I had an appointment for 11:30am and was finally called back at 11:55am.
The Dental Hygienist was good though, however I never actually saw a "Dentist". I guess I got x-rays on my last visit, but they were not able to be developed for some reason, and I don't think anyone has looked at them over the last year. I don't know if I have any cavities or not. But they were able to "sell" me on fluoride. That was their priority. I won't be recommending this location or coming back.
