My daughter is 15 years old and she went for a dental checkup they told her she had 3 cavities but only needng a filling on one prior to filling the cavity the dentist stabbed her in the lip with the needle he was attempting to numb her gum but because he wasn't paying attention to what he was doing and just Pat it off the blood

This Lovett location has been my favorite. My dentist always recommends what is best for my teeth not what would be beneficial for the company. Your interest is their interest. The staff is also amazing they always check up on you, and review the breakdown of your bill and what is costing what. The dental assistants are amazing to they always ask if your doing ok or if you need anything. Overall a great dental experience.

Everything worked well. We did not wait too long. We have some picture to take home and we have freebies after. We would love to go back again next time in the same branch.

Receptionist was on the phone for several minutes both business and personal when i got there. After about 10 minutes she started to help me. Went their for cleaning and exams and was wanting information on crowns for 3 teeth. Received exam but no cleaning. Then get quote for $29,000.00 to crown all my teeth. Dentist (Joe) was not friendly and in a hurry. Joe never asked what i was there for. The young lady that did the x-rays on my teeth had to do it twice because she did not do it right the first time. Horrible service. Never again.

They made my terrified 7 year old feel at ease with his procedures. We had to leave our old pediatric dentist because they were not equipped to administer any kind of sedative however they also made little attempt to comfort my son when they first noticed his fear. I'm very pleased with Dr. Nguyen and her approach in treating my son. I would highly recommend her to any parent looking for a Pediatric Dentist. I honestly didn't think I would find one in a Lovett Dental Office. I have been looking in the wrong offices all this time.

My appointment was for 4pm on Tues., Aug 13. I arrived at 3:45. Sat in waiting room until 4:30 when I was taken back . Nurse got equipment out and then left. At 4:45 dentist, never gave name, appeared. Not the usual Dr.. Said he would be back. CVame back approx 4?55. Cleaned teeth, was rough, but teeth didnt feel as clean as before. At 5:05 nurse came in and flossed teeth and said I was done. Flossing not up to standards. Very dissatisfied with this visit. My husband just spent over three thousand dollars with his teeth there this year..Looking to see what other Dentists are in my insurance program.
