Great people work in this dental office and you feel that you're working with the most up to date trained and educated Dentists. I love how friendly Dr. Pham is and she explains everything easily and clearly to you. I feel that I am in good hands here.
Dr. Huynh never introduced himself or even bothered to shake my hand. Only found out his name based on the bill I was presented with prior to even getting my cleaning. Did not wear gloves when doing "examination" which just consisted of poking gums between teeth to where they bled and then complained that my closing of my mouth made it so I couldn't see all the bleeding. Was overall a very underwhelming experience from beginning to end. Front desk staff were more concerned with watching the TV show and turning up the volume in waiting area and all lounging about when I left. I will not be returning to this location or Lovett dental in general, ever. I was willing to give a chance as I needed to find a new place due to insurance changes, but I will continue to look for a dentist/practice that is professional and seems to actually care about patients.
-Rude employees, not engaging or friendly. Talked down to me like I was stupid
-No preventative cleaning? And then when I asked about it she acted like I was dumb. This is the only place I have ever heard of that doesn't have it. I went in for a 6 month"cleaning" in my mind because thats the norm. Was told you have to be "prescribed" to have preventative cleaning done.
-Try to force work that "needs" to be done on you and charge an arm and a leg for it.
-Have temporary restoration in a couple teeth while waiting on inlays. Within 2 hours of leaving it was already coming out/apart and it needs to last 4 weeks. Either they put it in wrong or the lady that was doing work afterword messed it up and didn't say a word. Either way- not happy at all with results.
