The front desk staff seems to be very honest, professional and friendly. I believe it is Chris that goes above and beyond with explaining procedures and the cost in a very simple friendly way. The wait time on this day was fairly typical. It wasn't too bad. My issue and major concern is with the hygienist's time spent on my child's routine cleaning. I left my child whom has permanent teeth when the hygienist when she came into the room to do the cleaning. Sadly we haven't been for a cleaning in over a year. So I was prepared it would take longer than it did. However from the moment I walked back to the waiting room to the time my child was done and joined me. It was only fifteen minutes. I would say maybe ten of those were the actual cleaning procedure. There's just no way a thorough cleaning was done on my child given the circumstance. I've never seen a cleaning done so fast to be honest on permanent teeth. Especially someone who hasn't been in such a long time. I will return because I trust the doctors there and front desk staff. Hopefully they are able to take notice to this soon and it doesn't happen again. If it should happen again we won't be returning.
The waiting room was plain but neat. The reception desk was extremely friendly. However, the facility in back was messy and filthy. The sink had dried spit toothpaste and dirty cups around it. There was also a table in between the two rooms that had supplies on it and under it that looked cluttered. There should be cabinets for that sort of thing. There were also no televisions in the back for them to watch while getting their teeth cleaned. Also, at the end of the hall when going to the back there was clutter right next to the licenses. It made it look like a breakroom. I'm more disappointed with the facility than the staff. The dentist and hygienist were both professional and courteous. I will return but I hope the place is more tidy.
