I am greatly disappointed with my experience in obtaining lunineers. The feel and fit are uncomfortable after over 3 weeks and look artificial. This was not how it was advertised to me by staff and the dentist. Also, Lovett management guaranteed that by using CareCredit to finance my costs, it would be interest-free for 24 months. I have been charged both interest and a security fee of over $200 during the first month after the transaction. This was false advertising. I am reporting all of this to the BBB and the state attorney general for possible fraud.

It was a great experience ! The hygienst did a great job getting all the yellow off my teeth, and the doctor showed me the cavities that were in my teeth, and Dr Adams explained how she could fix them, and it was completely painless ! Dr Adams explained everything with kindness like a teacher, and we decided together on a course of action, and fixed them the same day as my cleaning with No Pain !!!

The worst dentist I have ever been to. As the doctor was working on me she vented as to their shitty service. I had to ask numerous times for quotes. I went 3 times hoping it'd get better. The last straw was the fact they weren't changing gloves! The most unsanitary, unprofessional, and worst dentist office I have ever been to.
