I'm the sort of person that analyzes everything. After thinking about my last visit, it's my turn to talk. . . I didn't appreciate the short and pissed off demeanor, regardless of any medicine you're taking or the broken part you couldn't find, because the replacement was in the box. How was that my fault? Why should you get pissed at me? Regardless of it "being a customer brought in part," that should have no impact to how you run your shop throughout the day and it's not my fault that your process got derailed.
Secondly, this is the third time that I was quoted one price prior to the repair and then given another (higher) price while paying the bill.

My turn, 1969 mustang that "your mechanic" told you carburetor was the problem, which you all replaced with same results.I repair incorrectly installed wiring & problem resolved.Than i fixed the brake issue "your mechanic" was unable to resolve(i spent several hours tracking down the correct parts). Than you drove the car home know it had no brake lights with your son(who needs meds)??? I charged you 5 hours labor on that car that i had close to 10 hours into.truck had brake issues from you installing brakes improperly, which we resolved.latest job part was broken when removed from box, contacted you & manufacturer stated it gets broken in shipment so we send a extra in instruction envelope. i simply stated that you lost your place in line & it would be tomorrow until we got it back in the shop.when we are doing "custom" work it is time & materials. i honored the price you were quoted, so i don't know what your problem is other than you might have forgot your "meds" that day. next time you or your "mechanic ' screw things up remember who fixed your problems before, but please do not call me

Martin's is a great family owned business, the great thing about them, we had some rodents most likely squirrels eat away at our gas line. Tried to drive to the doctor's office and smelled gas. Towed it Martin's they looked over the problem and had the car on the lift and fixed the same day. That is what I like about small family owned car care, they assess the problem and can push a few cars through that have minor problems, and still do their best to get the larger more complex jobs done, for people who had appointments. They always seem to get any job done, on time as fast they can.

Everything they fixed or modified seems to have been fixed correctly. They modified my axels to work with a new braking system, installed a new parking brake system which included cutting holes in the body for mounting the lever and running the cables, installed a new fuel pump and regulator, installed a new transfer case for the 4wd, installed a new shifter and linkage hardware for the transmission, fixed some electrical wiring issues, and fixed a leaking oil pan and transmission pan. I would definitely go back there if I needed more work done.

Great experience with Martin's Auto Tech. This is the second time we have gone. The first time we had loads of things done to the car because of time intervals on the car, maintenance routine. We had a little leak, but we worked it out and figured it out. No one can get it right all the time. I will go back, I like to support small businesses in my neighborhood.

Absolutely fantastic service. They went out of their way to keep the place open so I could stay dry when I waited for my pickup ride during a violent storm. They were professional, friendly, and completed the work on time. Highly recommended!
