Dr Mead and staff are easy to work with and extremely friendly - refreshing experience. Appeared to have the technology and understanding that should make most patients feel comfortable that they can properly diagnose and assess eye care health. Would’ve appreciated a little more detailed insight on alternatives, that said, I would recommend Dr Mead and his team.

I received a eye exam with Dr Amanda Dahlke she is professional and very knowledgeable. She answered all my concerns throughly. I had a wonderful experience from the warm welcome, prep exam to all the help choosing new glasses.

I'm always pleased with my yearly visit to Mead Optometry and Dr Mead. Service with a smile from everyone on staff, a thorough eye exam with explanations, and a full service location for glasses and contacts.

I was able to get an appointment the same day. Iappreciated this as my schedule is limited. Great and thorough eye exam. Dr listened and answered my concerns.

Lots of choices for eye wear.

When i ordered we had talked about sun clips, but when i got home they were not on the order. I called to check. She said they would get back to me, no one ever called back, so i thought they were ordered. Nope.

After nine days I called to see if my glasses were in. They were not. I was told they would call me, i did not need to call back. Seemed like i was bothering they by calling.

My glasses took the full ten days and one took longer, so i had to go in twice and then again for the sun clips

I want to comment on yet another example of a staff member going above and beyond. My elderly mother fell and hit her face, causing her glasses to be bent out of shape. I loaded her into the car and headed to Mead Eyecare to see what they could do to help. Upon arriving at the office I had her wait in the car while I checked to see if someone was available. After hearing the problem Nicole said she would come out to the car to look at the glasses. She then took the glasses inside reshaped them and brought them back out. They were just right. This meant the glasses were repaired without my mother having to get out in the cold and snow to go inside. Thank you Nicole and Mead Eyecare for wonderful customer service. We will return for all our Eyecare needs.
