Despite billing complications and multiple family members staff here was amazing and helpful and cheerful. New doc, Dr. Rosenblatt did a thorough and excellent job as well.

Montpelier Eye Care is wonderful. They are so nice and I am so hard on my glasses, they always make it easy with quick repairs and service. It is most convenient to be able to just walk up the street to a local professional.

Great Doctors, but business office needs to bill and account correctly. I paid a copay and got a bill saying I owed the copay so I went in and paid again although I had proof of payment. The business office called to say after reviewing my proof, they determined I did NOT owe, so they were going to send me back a check for the copay. I had to call twice to remind about paying me back and it took about a month and a half to pay me. Then it happened again the last time I went for my check. I clearly wrote out a check for the copay and $100.00 down towards glasses in which when the glasses came in, I was given a total and I wrote a check for the balance. I got another bill for copay and the business office said the glasses person made a mistake (which was not mine) and instead of applying the copay to my copay, they added it to the prices of the glasses. I told them I would not repeat this process again and would explain to the Dr. what was going on. Great Dr., but screwed up business office.
