As usual, excellent service from start to finish. I have been here a few times over the last month or so and have been treated extremely well. Prescribed treatments have been right on so far, great team.
They were very accommodating when I called requesting a short notice appointment. I observed the office staff to be both professional and friendly. The Doctor was very caring and thorough in her examination, followed by a detailed explanation of her observations and findings. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Dr. Cade and her staff at Town & Country.
We were able to schedule a semi-emergent visit within the same day of calling. All of the staff, including the front desk, were courteous , competent and professional. The time was taken to thoroughly evaluate our dog's history and perform a physical examination prior to recommending diagnostic studies.
This is our second time here, and we have been very pleased with the service and results on both visits.
Feel like the doctor could have done a better physical exam. She didn't look in his ears or check his joints, ROM. Tech was rude and i didn't like the way she restrained him. Will not be returning unless it's an absolute emergency.
For the second time in five months, my beloved Labrador, Cleo, has been tagged by a rattlesnake at our ranch in Medina County. Despite the long drive in, I headed straight for T&C because the care for Cleo and my other ranch dogs is superb, in fact incomparable. Dr. Mahad has been the attending Vet on both recent occasions and was so competent, reassuring and helpful. The staff was likewise thoroughly tuned in. They are caring and competent as well (e.g.,Sonny and Jude plus others). Everybody is dedicated to giving world class care to my pups and I couldn't be more grateful.
Dr. Spiller and I go way back. I remember bringing my wonderful old Treeing Walker Coon Hound, Chino, in on a Sunday afternoon years ago (before you folks were open 24/7). Chino had set off on his normal, wide-ranging, unsupervised hunting trip, but this time he was bested by a feral hog. Chino's wounds were nasty to put it mildly. Doctor Spiller answered that call even though it was his day off. I became his assistant as he stitched Chino back together. Chino was of course hardheaded and so went right back after that hog upon his return to the ranch. As you might guess, he was gored a second time. And so, once again, Chino fell under Dr. Spiller's expert care and was healed.
Dr. Spiller also attended our crazy Lab/Chow, Buster, who had been abused but found love and support with our family. Buster was a very tough customer, always fearful and hence, being part Chow, always ready to attack and bite hard when he perceived a threat, which was pretty much at every wind shift. Dr. Spiller cared for Buster when no other Vet would go near him...and so...Buster (RIP) and we of the Summers family thank you for that.
You guys at T&C are the best!! Thank you for everything you do to take of our beloved Canine Americans....
