Before I walked in, I knew exactly what I wanted and had already talked to one of the employees over the phone who confirmed the store could fulfill my request. The person who helped me (I think his name was Brett) was very helpful and friendly.
However, one negative that stood out was he never asked if I had an insurance plan. Most people who have something like VSP know to mention it in the store before purchase but this was the first time I could exercise VSP. Plus, I completely forgot I had coverage.
If this store is really looking out for the well being of their customers, employees should ask if the customer has insurance.
