I went in to have a sensor replaced and to fix the water pump on my 2004 Nissan Maxima. Something went horribly wrong. A 3 hr job took nearly 4 days, my timing chain is now out of whack and is being estimated at $1800 to repair. Even though I gave the shop an opportunity to correct the problem, they were unable to fix it. I was able to obtain MOST of my money back, but now my car is in need of serious repair as a result of work done in the shop. I'm terribly disappointed.
We appreciate all our customers and found this customer very special. She is a sweet lady but we discovered she suffered from dementia and short term memory loss. We successfully replaced her water pump at a very reasonable cost. She was confusing what we did at our shop with the Nissan dealer and thought we had caused a problem with her timing chain. No manner of explanation seemed to make a difference and we tried to help her with her noise at no charge to her. Her facts and figures are not accurate as posted. We hope she gets her vehicle repaired to her satisfaction.
Customer since 2013
Fred, Rich and crew have taken care of both my Honda and my husband's BMW for over 6 years. We are very pleased with their professionalism, honesty and excellent opinions. They are responsive, will never do major work without calling and make service convenient. We highly recommend Pro Imports!
Have been a customer for many years. I went to Fred for all my Volvo needs, till I didn't have a Volvo anymore. I'm back!! Another Volvo. I trust them completely to work on my Volvo. Won't take it anywhere else.
The mechanics were very professional and Fred explained in detail the work that was being done and the cost. I've used Pro Import for both Nissan Vans and both Honda Accords. The service is wonderful and I have recommended them to others. Thank you
