Im not sure what the January promotion is for free haircut. I was in the Murfreesboro location yesterday and saw the sign, however when I got home looked at my receipt I was charged for a haircut, I didn't think to ask about the sign I figured my stylist would have told me about it. She did only take a about 1 in off the bottom of my hair. Maybe the free haircut didn't apply to me since it was only a trim but considered a hard cut. I don't know. But if I was not suppose to be charged (NO FAULT OF M HAIRSTYLIST I LOVE HER) please contact me to let me know how I will be reimbursed. Thank you!

I have been a customer for several years. You cannot beat the creativity, the cost, or the experience. The Customer Service has definitely improved. I have tried other schools - once each - and Paul Mitchell is the best in middle TN. In fact, I drive from Nashville to Murfreesboro now the Antioch location is closed. It's worth the drive.

My stylist was amazing. I'm extremely tender headed and she was so gentle with my hair. She talked with me throughout my appointment and made me so comfortable. She was extremely professional and very informative with any questions I had.

Took my niece in for shampoo and style with curls and a braid. It took 4 hours and 5 people including 2 instructors and they still couldn't get it right. They had to curl her hair three times because they kept pulling the curls out to braid and nobody knew what they were doing. It was for her senior pictures, at which we were late for. It is ridiculous to charge the prices and go through this for a simple hairstyle. It was not difficult at all. This is not the first time this has happened, it has happened on multiple occasions. I think my family of 4 deserves some free services issued. Because of this my niece's senior pictures were messed up!!
