The preceptor ( i believe it's that what you call staff who teaches the trainees) Daniel, is an outstanding individual. I listened to him while he was demonstrating to Hannah, who cut my hair, and she followed his instructions. Daniel is fantastic, patient and very knowledgeable while teaching Hannah. Hannah did a great job ( who would not ? under such a brilliant preceptor). Hannah is very sweet, and i can feel her talent, the way she works under Daniel, but she needs to believe in herself, and be confident of herself. I know and feel what she is going through while being a trainee.Ii have been there and now I am training others, i can understand them better. They need the time to learn, the time to practice, the time to improve themself, and the time to gain experience, so we (clients) need to give them that chance.... I've been a Paul Mitchell customer for about 7 years. Each appointment is an adventure, from meeting a new stylist often to getting a new "do". For the most part, I truly enjoy my time there and would suggest it for anyone willing to give the students a chance.

Appt was at 530, didn't get someone till 615 and then she had to wait for a teacher so I didn't get out till 9pm for a basic color.

I love hair and imani waa amazing . .my only problem is when I ask for what I want done it always seems to be a problem with an instructor..and they always seem to tell you how much it would be ..that makes me angry..if I wanted to know how much it was i would ask..
