My stylist was amazing. I'm extremely tender headed and she was so gentle with my hair. She talked with me throughout my appointment and made me so comfortable. She was extremely professional and very informative with any questions I had.

Took my niece in for shampoo and style with curls and a braid. It took 4 hours and 5 people including 2 instructors and they still couldn't get it right. They had to curl her hair three times because they kept pulling the curls out to braid and nobody knew what they were doing. It was for her senior pictures, at which we were late for. It is ridiculous to charge the prices and go through this for a simple hairstyle. It was not difficult at all. This is not the first time this has happened, it has happened on multiple occasions. I think my family of 4 deserves some free services issued. Because of this my niece's senior pictures were messed up!!

After moving to this area recently I was faced with who will do my hair? (I have had the same stylist for over 10 years, unfortuneately she is 5 hrs away.) I was told to try the Paul Mitchell School from another stylist who does not do color, highlights. I made the appointment and so happy with my decision.

My stylist was very nice and made sure she involved her instructor with every step.

The atmosphere was busy yet warm!

Most of all I love my color and cut!

I will be back but hoping I can keep my stylist beyond her graduation!

Stylist left 5 minutes into coloring my hair. Then she didn't introduce the new stylist to me. Stylist left me too long I had to get someone else to wash color out.
