Dr. Merchanthouse from my regular dentist's office Dr. Eager sent me with a referral slip for Dr. Katz to investigate 2 things: 1. to see if #30 is cracked to determine if my crown can be reused after a small cavity under the crown is filled. 2. to investigate if pain on the left side upper, lower and jaw joint is being caused by something dental related.
