I'm glad you asked. I returned because there was a problem with my hi-lts that were done by Jessica 5/29.I was eager to have this corrected and returned 6/20 for Brandi to correct.

I honestly don't think she used the same formula on file because my hi-lts came out way too blond. The blowout was amazing but, the shampoo/blowdryer was rushing and my scalp was hurting. I kept telling him my head was tender but, that didn't help.

The hi-lts are not really hi-lts, more blond all over. She added more lo-lts which added more depth and dimension but, the overall blond color is too blond for my facial coloring.It looks extremely fake as I'm fair skin.-not tanned. Also, the 2nd person who started shampooing me afterwards wanted to only shampoo the top, another person stepped in and her blow-out was dreadful. No waves like before (she didn't even ask how I wanted it dried and because you were short-staffed the bloodier staff was rushed) and the products she used made my hair look and feel greasy. I had a women leadership conference Friday-weekend and didn't feel or look my best.

I am disappointed.

I had a very good experience with my cut and color and the head massage was awesome!

After a day or 2 though I think I could have had more long layers done and my hair thinned

a bit more.

I was trying to get away from the triangle look and now it still has the "triangle look" - bottom heavy/thicker.
