I had a cut by Brooke who 'fixed' a bad haircut that I had had a few weeks earlier at a different salon. Brooke did her best and I am pleased with the results! Needless to say I won't be going back to the other salon and have another appointment with Brooke coming up and have also booked highlights which I have never had at Storm before. Going back to a salon that has separate stylists and colourists, just confirmed what I have always thought, you can't always find someone who is great at both cutting and colouring, better to stick with someone who specializes in one or the other to get the best results!

Today I went in to the Storm salon in Fonthill as I believe there was some misunderstanding about what I wanted done with my colour when last there. I was very impressed and pleased with the response I got and the willingness to work with me to ensure that I was happy with the end result. Thank you so much. My initial experience with this salon was beyond excellent and while this last visit did not turn out as needed, their willingness to ensure my satisfaction speaks very well for their client/service approach. I will certainly recommend this salon to others.
OK, I have waited until now before I even attempt to respond to this. I went in to have my hair done (root touch-up and cut). My hair is overall blonde in colour for the purpose of hiding the white coming in by blending in with the blonde right to the roots, and with extra emphasis on the temples. My own hair is dark and at the roots it still comes in that way with white throughout more and more. The colourist sat me down and said, "so, the way you have been doing it?" Yes, I replied. She then proceeded to make the roots dark brown (blocked solid) and along my temples as well. I didn't notice it really the way my blonde hair was pulled forward in styling, but when I got home I was horrified. I have not slept well the past two nights, waking angry. I want this fixed properly. (rating of 1, pending) So unfortunate because visit it rated the experience as a 5.

I am always more than satisfied with my experience at Storm. I was taken upstairs promptly to Kelly for my color and Brooke did my cut. I am very satisfied with the results of both. I will also add that Brooke is very personable and an asset to Storm.
