If you're looking for a dental office , this is the best one ever! From the front desk, to the assistants, hygienist, doctor and all other staff, they will give you a very special treatment. They even made a follow up phone call to my husband to make sure he's okay. Very personalized! On top of that, they will give you your receipt for every work done! In a scale of 10, me and my husband will give you an overwhelming 10. Happy to find you. Highly recommended to anyone who's looking for dental work! You will not be disappointed! We experienced it!

This is the best office I have been to do all my dental treatments and cleaning. The front office girls are Amazing. Very friendly and nice when it comes to verifying my insurance. Nancy and Asuzena are very professional and nice to help me with my forms and co-payments. Dr. Ted is an amazing dentist, he's so compassionate and gentle when it comes to doing my treatment. If you have been nervous to visit a dentist this is the perfect office to go to. They make you feel calm and gentle. 100% recommended to everyone. Trust me theirs not a lot of Dentists that are as nice and gentle anymore.

I wish I had known about Dr. Ted Im sooner. Both my wife and I had services done last month and couldn't be more pleased with the results. My wife had to have extractions and implants. Everything was performed with the utmost care and professionalism. The entire process was explained and the timeline clearly laid out. If we felt uncomfortable with anything or had any concerns, we were able to raise them and iron things out together.

Furthermore, we were able to interact with quite a bit of the staff. The dental assistant was meticulous, kind, and mindful. The receptionist was very organized and courteous. The accountant accommodated us as much as possible since they were aware that we are both seniors on a fixed income. Dr. Im and the entire staff were mindful of public health protocols and took every precaution to ensure the safety of my wife and I.

The only issue is that I wish he had a practice closer to us in either Beaumont or Banning. I hope he expands here because we plan on having him as our sole primary dentist!
