Disappointed! Way too expensive for the mediocre massages. It’s only 1 Spa hot tub that is very small. I’ve had cheaper & better massages at facilities that are simply beautiful. I prefer Glen Ivy Hot Springs, (also overpriced) but better amenities.

Very clean comfortable facility, Staffs are kind and professional, very honest and trustworthy staff. We left a precious piece of jewelry by accident, the staff took there time to carefully locate it and gave us a call to come pick it up, that speaks value of them. Earned my business. Thank you for a wonderful time, massage were awesome.

I always enjoy going to the ivy. The amenities are clean and what I enjoy. Everyone is nice and I always get a great massage. One request, please fix the steam room door.

The lounge could be a bit more inviting as it doesn’t seem all that relaxing. But overall, enjoyable.

My attendant was extremely professional and on time.

I had an issue with it costing me more money when a different facial than I picked was offered and not told me it was more until I checked out. Not professional!
