My son is 3 and has been going to the dentist since he’s one. His dental visits before The Children’s Tooth Spa has always been a traumatic experience for him. They just have me hold him down while he cries and they quickly clean his teeth. They don’t take the time to explain what they’re going to do nor try to help him calm his nerves before the cleaning. As to the place itself, you have to take an elevator up and it’ll take you up the waiting area / front desk. There’s some coloring books and crayons and toys to keep your little one occupied while they wait. There’s also a nice beverage station with water, tea, and coffee. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The area where they do the cleaning is in the back where it’s really bright with a lot of natural lighting from the windows. Before cleaning, the dentist and dental hygienist introduced themselves and gave my son a plush lion toy with teeth. Gave him a toy toothbrush to brush the lion’s teeth and explained how to brush your teeth and the importance of cleaning your teeth. The dentist even had her toddler son come over and show my son how to floss. I think it really helped having someone around his age showing him things to make it less intimidating. After the cleaning he even got to pick a little prize. He really loved his dental experience at The Children’s Tooth Spa! He even asked me when can he go back again. I cannot recommend The Children’s Tooth Spa enough. So glad I found them!

Dr Jenny and her entire staff are one of a kind. Every experience we have had so far has been amazing, especially our latest. My three year old daughter had her first cavity. Dr Jenny made the experience of getting it filled so enjoyable that my daughter was actually playing dentist that night repeating everything Dr Jenny said through her procedure. She even told everyone how fun it was to get her cavity fixed! We love Dr Jenny and would recommend her to anyone!

This was our first time at a pediatric dentist. Everyone at the children’s tooth spa made us feel very welcome and at ease. I was so impressed with how Dr Jenny did with my 1.5 year old.
