We understand that cleanliness and professional behavior are crucial in maintaining the high standards of our spa. We will address the issues regarding the dustiness of the furniture, the locker and shower area, and ensure that these are attended to promptly.
As for the Gratuity we do typically add the 20% to all bills as it says our policy on that at the receptionist desk we are sorry for any miscommunications about gratuity and will be more clear on our policy when booking.
