This was only my second time at this salon in 2 years. It solidified my initial opinion to not come back. I got a mediocre haircut the first time. Nothing special. Just washed, cut and dried. Not styled at all. This last time, I even had a lengthy conversation with the stylist about how my hair was naturally curly and I wanted to go back to a smoother look. She proceeds to blow dry my hair and attempts to style it with a blow dryer. Is it not taught to not blow dry naturally curly hair? And if it's used just for drying purposes, is it not taught that something else needs to be done to smooth it? I even kept telling her I have to use a flat iron to smooth it and she continued to blow dry my hair, leaving it fluffy and frizzy. I think your prices are very reasonable but I'd rather pay more and not leave frustrated with fluffy hair.
