Doctor and staff were pleasant and efficient. They took enough time to get everything right but still keep the process rolling. They asked good questions related to my visit but also seemed genuinely interested in my personal life. The doctor conversed with me enough to learn I was moving to Arizona and framed his suggestions accordingly, moving into a contact lens better suited for that environment.
My recent visit to Visual Health in Fairfax, Virginia was excellent! The staff was attentive and got me checked in quickly. The optometrist took his time with me to make sure that my eyesight prescription was properly identified. He also asked me questions about how my current set of contacts were working to make sure that I had the best type of contacts for me. The only part of my visit that I did not enjoy was checkout. Although the staff was really attentive and answered all of my questions, I felt pressured to purchase contacts and glass lenses right then and there. Importantly, they have a 90-day return policy, so I had the opportunity after making the purchase to make sure I got the best bang for my buck with some post-visit research. I will definitely be coming back!
I had just lost my last pair of glasses making it impossible to work. I needed glasses NOW! I called and got an immediate appointment. Upon arrival the staff was on time, efficient and friendly. I had my exam and walked out with glasses in hand one hour later! Thank you Visual Health and a special thank you to Kat, you are amazing! Thank you.
I had requested an appt. w/ Dr Chhitwal, but received an appt. w/a different dr. He was fine and the appt. went well, but I should have been given an appt w/ the dr I requested. The young man who helped me w/ my new Rx was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.
