The office staff seemed a bit unorganized and inconsistent with communication. I was told two different things for the interpretation of my insurance. The young man who shared the latter information seemed flustered when he learned that the young lady at the counter had shared different information than what he was reading. Although I understand being frustrated in moments like that, it would be best to learn some strategies so it's not exhibited to the customer. I have been coming here for years and have always had pleasant experiences. So thinking this was just an off day.
