The front of store staff was great. He was helpful and made the whole glasses experience painless. ( I don't like chosing new glasses.) The eye doctor was very good and thorough.

A doctor's clinic should be clean. I even thought that am l at a fake clinic. Employers are not presentable. It was weird see that 2 cm nails of a worker in the office.

I am very disappointed in my visit. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 9:30 am appointment. I find out there guy that had a appointment at 9 am was still waiting because they doctor hadn't shown up yet. He finally gets there at 9:45 am. I didn't get out of there until 11:30 am ruined my whole Saturday morning. I placed my order for a year supply of contacts and a month later I called to see where they were. I get a well they haven't been ordered yet. Very upset with the service and still paid 300 and something after insurance never again.

It was great! My exam went well, my concerns weren't dismissed, and the deals for glasses and contacts were fantastic!

The doctor was very thorough, and i felt great about my experience. Inhad a hard time scheduling an appointment though, because there were several days that they did not have a doctor in the shop. They also forgot to attach my prescription to my receipt. I called and asked them to email it to me, and they have yet to do that. This has further delayed my ability to purchase new glasses from another retailer.
