Although I had a great experience with the hygienist, the dental assistant, and the Dentist herself, it all went downhill from checkout. Charged, uncharged, credited it felt like no one could figure it out. There was a great deal of laughter and happiness but not much of anything constructive going on. I ended up with a credit and no credit card payment slip, truly not knowing what I paid. None of the numbers ever matched up with what the insurance was paying. Appears I'm being surcharged but there's no clear answer to that either.
Trying to get a procedure pre-approved, forget it. Again the office staff delayed so long in answering the insurance company, it probably won't happen this year. I had to stay on top of them constantly to ever get anything sent to the insurance company.
I don't know if it's incompetence, new staff issues, or they're simply understaffed and overworked but I never experienced this level of disorganization and I'm not planning on ever encouraging it ever again!
