I went to your NB location to donate 14 inches of my own, not colored hair. I explained to the stylist that I had not had a cut in years and that when my hair was short it tended to "poodle" out and I did not want that. I am disabled and need an easy hairstyle. I was totally assured that my donation would be sent and she knew "just what to do" so I would be thrilled with not only my donation and my new hairstyle!
What is the LAST haircut you give someone who has frizzy hair, big nose and glasses. A BOB!! I looked like an idiot the next day. Oh, it looked great that day, only that day. I have pictures, but I will not post publicly, as their are others in the photos. Oh, and did I tell the company NEVER received the donation from your establishment, even though I gave the stylist a stamped self addressed envelope, I can only assume she threw it away. I did have to go and buy a ton of product to tame my hair, while there, one of the people at checkout asked me if I was there for a cut (they must have seen how crazy it looked!), I said, oh no, and told them what had happened AND that I was charged for the cut (if you donate hair, there is no charge, per the receptionist when I made the appointment) then a man walks up and listens for a minute and says to me (no introduction) I know exactly what needs to be done, just make an appt. and walks off. No, I have not gone back, but I keep getting email saying how missed I am, and I am like, really?????? This started in 2013.
