On and after my first visit, I would have rated 5 stars. However, on my last and final I am unable to do so. I was moving to another state, the stylist I had been seeing and who I had referred friends to knew this would be my last visit. She had no regard for the quality of her work. Did not return my call, did not fix my hair and sent me hinge with intact extensions she had said she'd trim. Someone else from the salon "fixed" the following my stylist had done, but was not very gracious about fixing someone else's mistakes. I have not returned and unfortunately will no longer be speaking wonders about this place.

Veronica is the sweetest thing in the world. Very kind and knowledgeable. She listens to what you want and also will makes suggestions that she feels you mighty like. A very lovely lady to be around <3

I was the last person to leave the salon on Saturday and wasn't shown the back of my head for the cut or color purpose. Wasn't until the next day that I actually saw the back of my hair (I went to the movies right afterwards and eating.. wasn't near a mirror).. I assumed everything was colored blonde like I asked to be done. I asked just for my roots to have a lighter root color-chocolate color (Showed the stylist a picture from Pinterest of what I wanted).. Turns out she only did the top layers of my hair blonde (Which the blonde is very pretty and the under part (beyond the root) brown.. NOTHING like I wanted.. looks horrible too. The brown contrast to the blonde is bad. I even have a stylist friend that pointed out the things that were wrong. Plus the chocolate on my roots isn't even a chocolate.. its a copper brown and brassy. I am disappointed by this hair color. The stylist is sweet and the service of the salon isn't bad.. Just hair color is bad. Honestly I hate that I spent over $100.00 for bad hair color. I am personally trying to ignore that my hair color isn't all blonde .. This way I don't feel ugly with it.. I am hoping on Tuesday they call me back so I can get this fixed. I want to stay loyal to Prodegy.. I just need the right colorist :(

Poor. I left unhappy and both the colorist and the hair stylus knew it. The response I received when I stated I was unhappy was " next time we can ..." That told me she was done with me and she wasn't interested in fixing my complaint, I was dismissed. Unfortunately I paid $107.00 for my hair, which would like back. I am now trying to find another salon to fix my hair when she could have. They didn't care.

The William Edge team rarely disappoints. The shop had undergone many long overdue updates giving it a cleaner, open and contemporary look. Kudos to all involved and keep the momentum.

I was referred to Casey by my mom, and I was very satisfied with my experience. She did a great job on my blowout and hair cut! I will definitely be coming back to her next time.
