My First experience with A-1 Auto was my last experience with them, No phone calls with any kind of updates on the progress or lack thereof only to be left with a car that did not get repaired after sitting there for 5 days, Took the car to another shop and was diagnosed the same day.
In reading your review, I will first start by apologizing that we could not meet your needs. It is always upsetting to hear that a customer's first experience will be their last. I did review your service record to understand what might have gone wrong. It appears based on the technicians notes that he was unable to duplicate your exact concerns. Intermittent car concerns are challenging. Our lack of communication with you will be addressed.
