I went to the Hackscross location after referred by multiple people who go to some of the other locations. That store was the closest to my area so I thought I'd give it a try. I was extremely clear and thorough in regards to the way I wanted my brows done, (cleaned up not arched or too thin). I even had a picture of my brows previously when they were exactly the way I like them. I proceeded to show the lady who basically didn't give my picture a second glance. I felt somewhat annoyed but didn't say anything in hopes that was a sign she knew what she was doing. I requested waxing because threading is too painful for me but she then stated she would wax first and thread at the end. Again, another red flag because I didn't ask for threating intentionally; plus others in the past were able to achieve my desired look without it. I again allowed her to proceed when she suddenly asked me if I wanted them filled in. Never before have I been asked that question so when she showed me my brows, I realized she cut off the entire end of my right brow. When I acknowledged it, she simply replied that my hair was lighter on that end, (insert confused/thinking emoji.) when I walked in, both brows had ends, now one is missing, and yet this is your profession? I didn't appreciate the way in which she disregarded her mistake instead of apologizing and offering to fix it. I then allowed her to proceed considering I didn't have much choice. Never having had my brows filled before, I didn't know to tell her the shape I wanted because I thought she would go with the natural shape of my brows. Instead I had two thick, dark, squared, unnatural brows on my face. When I asked if I could take it off she replied that it was water proof. Why wouldn't you confirm the shape, darkness, etc I wanted before doing it? Needless to say I was not pleased with my experience and would not be returning. I type this review since having scrubbed off the liner revealing the end of my brow which is stilll missing.
