I first sent my wife in for an oil change. That went OK, about 1.5 hours. All the extra services suggested just took time; we would rather have a 15 minute oil change, no more then 30. My daughter's car just had seals replaced including an oil pan gasket. Your inspector for JUST an emissions check wanted to charge my daughter $800 to replace the rack and pinion saying it leaks, they took the $30 and said she would have to get it fixed somewhere before she could get her emissions approved. It was just engine oil. Your mechanic should have asked if power steering fluid was ever added. He could have reasoned that the oil was something else since the steering fluid was full and has never been added to. Your company is TOO quick to look for other ways to charge the customer for un-needed things. We will not do business with you again. I am a life long member of AAA, and this experience just tarnished my previous stellar image of AAA.
