I have been going to AACH for years now. They are very nice people. Their price for Botox is the cheapest and Dr Poppola is very gentle and knows what's he's doing. I never been disappointed so far.
I would recommend AACH to all my friends.

I took advantage of a groupon special and had to travel out of my area for the appointment. My excitement was palpable. The 20 units did not work on my frown lines and the cost of extra units was very high. I had mediocre results that only lasted for maybe a month. I'm seeking other alternatives. The short lived relief was welcome . It alleviated additional pressure on my left eye in which I have keratacconus.

The office staff is very courteous and helpful. My appointment was for facial fillers. The doctor was over 1 hour late getting to the office. He rushed my treatment. He was quite demanding and rude to the staff which made me uncomfortable. I have had fillers previously and never had any side effects. I had serious swelling and bruising and a splitting headache for 3 days after this most recent treatment. I told the docotor I did not want my lips to look unnatural. He was the one pushing lip fillers. I only wanted marionette lines treated. He talked me into lip treatment and said I needed 2 syringes. It was an extremely painful experience and my lips do not look natural. Can't wait til they return to normal. Also, I feel that they push the club program. Most likely will not return. There are plenty of doctors who perform these treatments.

I was very pleased with my first visit to The Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Centers of Houston. Dr. Pappolla along with the staff handle my personal evaluation professionally and very thorough. I will be returning and will recommend their services to all of my friends.

Dr Pappolla was very thorough, friendly and professional. The PA explained everything beforehand. His schedule was tight and I had to wait almost an hour to finally see him, but sometimes that happens. Be sure to take a book

This is the worst center I have ever been to!! They are extremely pushing with their sales. They actually keep telling you that "You NEED to get this or that done". I had Botox, they made me buy 60 units (which is ridiculous considering that I'm only 28 years old). 2 weeks after I had to go back and get it re-done (for free, of course) because NO (ZERO) results were to be seen. On top of that, they have charged my credit card WITHOUT my consent; I have called and emailed them about it but they HAVE NOT contacted me back. I have filed fraud with my bank and also a complaint with the BBB. I would NOT recommend anybody to go there. I have read many other reviews stating the same. I also believe that they write their own reviews on demandforce.com because ALL of the 5 stars ones are from a couple of months back. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! They are not cheap, nor professional to work with.
