I spent less than an hour shopping for and buying a washer/dryer set with the help of the staff of Action Appliance. I had only 2 days to furnish my brand new rental property and they went well beyond good service to help me get what I needed. They also delivered and set up the set the same day and I was good to go!

Action Appliance was recommended to us to replace appliances in our rental in Florida. The staff was courteous, knowledgable and very professional. We are very pleased with both the sales and service depts. of Action Appliance. Their prices were as good or better than the big box stores even with our military discount. They also honored that discount. The service dept is better than any other I have had any contact with here in Florida. From the scheduling, call back and superior service personnel, what more could anyone ask for?

My husband had reset the clock on our stove with the switch to daylight saving time. After he did this, the clock would not say on. I tried over and over, then I called the manufacturer's national help number from the website. The service advisor was not able to tell me what the problem was. I then called and talked to Action Appliance service.

WHAM! The service tech told me that my husband had started the energy saving feature without realizing that he had done that. He told me how to fix it if I still wanted to have the time on all the time. He fixed what the manufacturer's help line could not fix!
