The customer service level was excellent. Called prior to arrival.Diagnosed the problem quickly. They found the problem in 10 minutes and fixed it in 10 minutes and only charged for a service call. They could have easily said that the problem was something else and could be fixed for $200 or $300 and I would have said get it fixed. Refreshing to know there are repair companies that care about the customer and not just the bottom line.
