This is the worse experience of my life. They have had my car over 2 weeks and cannot sync the new transmission they placed in the car . Would not recommend them at all.

I took my car in to get its check engine light repaired. They quickly diagnosed its probable cause and offered to give credit back if I do the repairs there. I agreed and a couple of hours later they called me and gave me an estimate and that it would be ready the next day. Everything went fine and the check engine payment was credited back to the finale estimate of the repairs. Overall everything was said and done just like they promised and the repair passed the smog test for my car. Great service in the end.

Took in my car and found out the problem (problem was the relay). Called me the next day to see if I wanted the service done for it. I agreed, but I wasn't expecting the price to be as much as it was. I was hoping for a cheaper price, but as long as my car is working, then I guess it's worth it. I paid $300 for a relay switch and for them to put it in. Don't know if I could've gotten it cheaper somewhere else, just letting everyone know my experience.

I took my car in for a check engine light being on the customer service with the (technician is great) on the other hand the gentleman in the front desk is not that experience in the automotive industry I had work done to my vehicle the tech told me the things that were done to the vehicle in other hand the guy in the front desk told me the complete opposite so overall I give it 3 star.

Thank you to Dr. Swindall for her quick and accurate diagnosis which saved the life of my 10 year old lab-mix, Holly. I brought my dog with limited symptoms mentioning to Dr. Swindall that she just wasn't right. Within an hour Dr. Swindall had an x-ray and bloodwork done explaining she had ideas of what my dog might be experiencing, but would wait for the lab results to be certain. Either way expect to be in surgery by the morning. I received a call from Dr. Swindall at 9pm (she had been monitoring the status of Holly's results from home) saying although the results were more positive than she had initially expected to please meet her at the office at 8am as the results showed an intense infection and surgery would be required. Dr. Swindall and Dr. Boyle worked together to get Holly in and out of sedation as quickly as possible and removed a huge septic mass from inside my dog reporting positive news that the procedure could not have gone any better. Holly spent the night and Dr. Swindall texted me late into the evening to share she stopped in to check her vitals and that she was doing very well. Thank you to the entire team at Cypress Avenue Animal Hospital as I know so many more hands were involved to take such great care of Holly. Please do not hesitate, if you love your pet Dr. Swindall and Dr. Boyle are the only veterinarians in the area to see. I have been a client for 14 years (since 2004) when Mary took the practice over, thankfully she has done something extremely special with the practice.
