will never use aamco again. You called me an idiot who doesn't read my contracts and disclosures. Your secretary, or whoever she is, admittedly had to enter 2 separate payment schedules. This resulted in me almost being double charged as BOTH payment plans were active.
I called to ask a question and wendell yelled at me accusing me of not being intelligent enough to read my agreement and disclosures that I was NEVER actually given at the time that I signed my contract. I called TEMPOE, they cancelled my contract because (in their words):
I wasn't sold this contract correctly.
All that blame you tried to shift onto me, was yours, owned by wendell and christine.
I cannot recommend your shop any LESS than zero stars. You wouldn't even let me completely ask my question or seek the information I was asking for without answering before I was done or raising your voice to talk over mine.
if you worked in my call center, id fire you.

2. I give disclosures as a routine part of my job in the financial sector
3. you never call a customer an idiot. even if they are. which they never are.
I post this review as a public service. AAMCO do not know, how to handle financing and explain their contracts properly.
The mechanical work is top notch. but the finanhce, and customer service, leaves a LOT to be desired, and honestly, being treated rudely, and with disrespect, outweighs what might be the best mechanic in phoenix.
