This was the best experience I have ever had getting my car repaired. Craig and John at metuchen Aamco treated me like I was family. I have never ever felt so comfortable getting my car repaired before. I use to worry about the price and the quality of the work. Let me just say the work was excellent!! The price was fair and very reasonable. I own an older Bmw and it is not an easy car to work on. They have a mechanic on site who is a five star BMW master mechanic. Craig and john went out of their way to make me know that I was importat to them, and that getting the work done correctly and to my satisfaction was paramount to them. They went above and beyond for me as they do with all of their customers. I will be a metuchen Aamco customer for life!! Thank you gentlemen for your hard work and for restoring my faith in human decency. As a woman, I am normally reluctant to take my car in for work because I am afraid that mechanics will just see me coming and jack up the prices & service. Not at this place! I have been taking my car in for maintenance at this location for about 3 years now and I have never felt more comfortable. Every time I have an issue, I am pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service, and great communication. Everything is always explained to me in great detail, everyone there is so respectful and I never have to worry about the results. Thanks Craig & team!

Craig and his team are fantastic, my 90 year grand fathers car was having issues and not being a car inclined I was not sure if it was the transmission or something else. The car was taken to AAMCO in Metuchen. Craig kept me informed thru the entire repair process. Explained everything in detail so I could convey that information to my grand father and he had the car red on time as promised, also no surprise in price. What was quoted was exactly what the bill came too. The final touch of personal service was being local and given my grand fathers age, Craig volunteered several times to deliver the car back to his home to make things easier on him. The next time the car needs routine maintenance or major work done I will not hesitate to call Craig and his team at the local AAMCO. As a rule of thumb I prefer to deal with local small or independent business owners and Craig his team and AAMCO are proof as to why it's better to form a relationship and gain a customer for life.
