In the past, I’ve always had hygienists that were super gentle at your practice which is one of the reasons why I love Berg Dental. During my last visit, my hygienist hurt me several times, kept splashing stuff all over my face, blinded me with the light. I’m assuming she was new because she also forgot to give me my toothbrush and paste at the end. She was very nice though.

It is definitely a more personal atmosphere than larger retail optometrists. The staff is friendly and actually acknowledges you as you come in. Dr Wendel is professional, friendly and makes the experience pleasant. The office has convenient office hours and is easy to get to.
