I called Hector to say this in person first. I let him know I took my car to my regular AAMCO the next business day, after visiting his Butherus location, and instead of "nothing" wrong with my AC, they found leaves growing in the filter. Instead of suggesting someone may have cut a wire bc Hector's man could find no blown fuse, Nick's guy at the Country Club location found it all in under 45 min and had me out the door in 90 min. They wouldn't take a tip and never do bc I always try. In summary, Nick and the guys at the Mesa AAMCO on Country Club Dr are amazing. But I don't believe Hector's guy at the Butherus location even looked at my car. And they kept it for hours without updating me. I had to call at 4:30pm on a Friday, an hour before they closed, and act nice just to get it back for the weekend before they closed. Ugh. Kinda thing that gives the whole industry a bad rep.
