Honestly I don't know where to begin!!! This place went above an beyond to ensure I was taking care of. They kept me up to date on everything that was going on and made me feel like they actually cared instead of just another $. The entire staff was amazing, however Keith was exceptional. I've had bad experiences with repair companies, but Keith was the most kind, soft spoken gentleman I've come in contact with. You could feel his heart was pure and genuine; as he made you feel confident that your vehicle was in good hands. As we know, things are on back order in every industry, AAMCO (Michigan Rd) made sure they had my car back to me in the quickest amount of time possible. Again I say thank you. I will definitely be referring others. It's a burden when our vehicles break down, however when you have people who care and ready to assist, it makes the situation most tolerable. They are truly the best in the city!!!!

They fixed $1400 worth of stuff but none of it was the reason I brought the car to them. Now my engine light is on. Would you trust them ad take it back to them? I've lost a lot of trust unfortunately.

Was a little shocked to see and hear how vehicles were being treated by the techs in the garage area. Thought it was a little petty to be charged $2.50 for “shop supplies” . By doing research I found that on average you guys were charging between $1400-$2000 more with a longer turn around time than other shops with a higher rating that Aamco.
