I didnt have a good experience at this aamco. I purchased my 1st alternator with your company in August 2016 & since then had 2 more replaced and this last visit I was told there was no warranty & I had to pay for it and it was less than a year old. So now had to pay for my 3rd alternator which is ridiculous.. the whole experience was shady & dont feel confident that this one will not go too..I was told they are under new management and nothing they can do and corporate could not do anything but give me a ridiculous discount on a over priced job..I am going to make sure I tell everyone I know about what happened here and I filing a complaint with better business Bureau & with your corporate office. I want to make sure no one else fets scammed 3 times by this repair shop. I will NEVER BRING MY VAN BACK THERE AGAIN!

3500.00 for a transmission that was not bad . Had to take back 3 times before they said it was a part related to the transmission . So why charge for a whole transmission? Horrible stressful experience. I believe I have been scamed, and will fine out if there are others out there with my experience trust me.

I brought my car to Amco to be fixed it took the mechanics an entire week 5 full working days to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. I was told it needed a tune-up the tune up cost me $1,100 with tax. When I went to pick my vehicle up I was experiencing the same problem. The engine was shaking as bad as it was when I first brought it in, and it was still stalling out as it was when I first brought it in. Not only did they not fix the problem with the vehicle but they also broke my running lights as well as brake lights and blinker lights. I decided to get a second opinion and took it to another mechanic. Within 4 hours the mechanic told me that two of the cylinders were bad and was beyond repair. When I submitted the evidence to the owner he claimed that he was not the owner and he was just an employee refusing to give me a refund for his poor craftsmanship. Not only was I robbed by AAMCO Transmission they also offered me to get a loan through a bank to further fix my vehicle. Even though on my second opinion from another mechanic it was unrepairable if anyone else is reading this please do not shop here

Every thing about my experience was not pleasant. Initial estimate was not even close to final estimate.

Had to bring vehicle back after a few days for repairs and when I took my car to our regular mechanic, he showed

us the shoddy work done repairing the catalytic converter including lack of use of the proper gaskets. Lastly, the warranty we were quoted originally was reduced by one-third.

The counter person, John, was very cordial and helpful as was the service technician. I received and oil change and tire rotation which was completed in a timely manner. However, the cost of the service [$74.84] was more than I expected and I consider this a bit pricey when compared to other companies in my area.
