Look. Your people are super nice and the place seems great, but the overall feeling I got was that y'all are incredibly disorganized. For as many communication devices as y'all have, no one seems to know what's going on with one patient. My last name was misspelled twice before y'all actually got it right. I wanted to use the frogsaver coupon to give my cat a bath, and because he needed anesthetic to calm down, I almost was unable to use the coupon. Which, speaking of, I was told that you would call before using anesthesia on my cat, and yet I never received a call asking if it was okay.
So, because of this experience, and seeing that your people don't all seem to be on the same page, I am extremely hesitant to bring my pets here again. I probably more or less actually err on the side of warning others not to come here. I need a veterinary clinic that has it's act together so that I feel safer bringing my pets there.
