A-Animal Clinic is the only place in DFW that my husband and I trust to board our dog while we're on a 9 day vacation. We drive all the way in from Dallas to drop her off there, and it's like we're dropping her off with friends and family each time. They are so excited to see Loki, and Loki is always so excited to see them. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Our pups had a great time and came home happy and tired from having so much fun! We had peace of mind knowing they were staying with caring and friendly people and the added assurance of veterinary care on site should the need arise. We will definitely be returning!

I've been a regular customer for four years. I go in for routine checkups and always walk out with a $400 bill as the support staff is constantly upselling and making it clear they won't accept anything other than full compliance. My dogs were sold four flu vaccines per year plus tons of other medications/tests that are totally unnecessary just to run up the bill (I've owned dogs for 30+ years, never had a dog die or suffer significantly from flu). If a heartworm negative dog is on anti-heartworm for a year, it doesn't need a heartworm test. Otherwise, what's the point of the medicine. But I dutifully paid my $200-300 bill per dog just to ensure I had a constant vet. However, our doctor has been completely unavailable to see my dogs for the last year+. So I see a different vet every time. And, when I really needed help (e.g. my dog had a real health issue), they refused to see him because at 7 am, no vet was due for 2 hours (despite the clinic being "open") and my dog's vaccines were a few weeks out of date because staff refused to update the contact information despite my multiple attempts to change that and I didn't get the notifications. I'm so disappointed in this place as I love the vets I've seen, but hate every other part of my experience and feel like they only care about boarding and doggie day care clients.

TL;DR: Expensive, salespeople. Don't care about patient relationships.

Dr Brown and Kara were incredible! They were knowledgable and observant, offering remedies for things noone else has ever taken the time to do. I am excited to give my baby the best care.

I always enjoy visits to Dr. Goulding's office. The staff is fantastic and treat my son who has Down Syndrome with respect and kindness. I can't say enough positive things.
