I'm concerned about the pricing on the replacement of a muffler. We were quoted $670.00 and actually got the muffler replaced at a muffler shop for $95. Why the huge price difference?

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your visit to our shop. The Reason our price was higher is because we are not an exhaust shop. Our shop would have to re-place parts with bolt in direct fit part's, where they just cut out and added an aftermarket muffler. As a secondary option we suggested checking with an exhaust shop and even recommended the shop where you had the repair completed. I hope this helps with understanding the difference and hope we can help you in the future.

I am a new customer. I called to inquire about obtaining a state inspection for my car and was given an appointment for a couple of days later. The technician took my car at the indicated time, and within 1 hour the work was completed. An unexpected plus was a 'goodie' bag I received as a thank you! Everyone was very personable and clearly, from the displays around the waiting area, the owners/staff are committed to community issues. I will return to Aarrow when I need my next service check or repair.
